Pricing Policy<\/h3>

\u2013 All product prices in the eshop include VAT 13%.
\u2013 The final retail price of the product 250g Healthy Treats Almonds is \u20ac7.20 (including VAT).
\u2013 Prices may change without notice, however orders that have already been completed retain the purchase price that was in effect at the time of order.
\u2013 A retail receipt or invoice is issued (upon request), which is sent electronically or with the parcel.<\/p>

Packaging & Food Safety<\/h3>

\u2013 All Healthy Treats packaging is certified food-grade, in accordance with EU regulations 1935\/2004 & 10\/2011.
\u2013 Products are stored and transported in cool, clean areas, in accordance with HACCP protocols.
\u2013 Each package bears a LOT number, expiration date, and ingredient labeling.
\u2013 Contains: 100% raw Greek almonds.
\u2013 May contain traces of shell.<\/p>

Returns & Cancellations Policy<\/h3>

Due to the nature of the product (food), no returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery,
unless the product has been damaged during transport or was delivered different from the order.<\/p>

In these cases:
1. Contact within 48 hours at info@healthytreats.gr<\/a><\/strong> or via Instagram @healthytreats.gr<\/a><\/strong>.
2. Send a photo or video of the product & the shipping box.
3. Replacement or refund within 5 business days of approval.
4. Return costs are covered by us.<\/p>

During periods of high demand (e.g. holidays or public holidays) there may be slight delays.<\/p>
