Pricing Policy

– All product prices in the eshop include VAT 13%.
– The final retail price of the product 250g Healthy Treats Almonds is €7.20 (including VAT).
– Prices may change without notice, however orders that have already been completed retain the purchase price that was in effect at the time of order.
– A retail receipt or invoice is issued (upon request), which is sent electronically or with the parcel.

Packaging & Food Safety

– All Healthy Treats packaging is certified food-grade, in accordance with EU regulations 1935/2004 & 10/2011.
– Products are stored and transported in cool, clean areas, in accordance with HACCP protocols.
– Each package bears a LOT number, expiration date, and ingredient labeling.
– Contains: 100% raw Greek almonds.
– May contain traces of shell.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of the product (food), no returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery,
unless the product has been damaged during transport or was delivered different from the order.

In these cases:
1. Contact within 48 hours at info@healthytreats.gr or via Instagram @healthytreats.gr.
2. Send a photo or video of the product & the shipping box.
3. Replacement or refund within 5 business days of approval.
4. Return costs are covered by us.

Updates & Delays

During periods of high demand (e.g. holidays or public holidays) there may be slight delays.

Product information

The product may contain traces of shell.
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and strong odors.

The product photos on this website are indicative and are provided solely for the information and convenience of the consumer. The products offered are natural goods, which are subject to natural variations and irregularities. Therefore, the final product received by the customer may differ in color, shape, size or texture from the photo shown. Such variations are due to the nature of the product and do not constitute a defect.
